Mr2r recirculating skimmer. Has anyone used this or is it a good skimmer?

Got a friend that is gonna sell it to me at a really good price. Think it will be fine for a 240g? It says that it is good for up to 450G but just wanted to check with some of the experts on here.

What pump is on it??? The bad thing about those skimmers are they need big pumps which means noise, heat, and larger power bills... The majority of people use iwaki ext pumps or mag 24 etc....
