Its a blue soft coral called sarcothelia.commonly available at AE. Also there is the official snowflake coral people call Clavularia that looks different. Thats the one in marcus' tank. Then a 3rd called blue anthelia. That I sometimes frag. Then a 4th one called sympodium. But the names get all mixed up.

I have some blue corals that kinda like a small waving hands. I don't know if those are them. I'll post a picture asap. About 1/4" -1/2" long skinny polyps.
