Is this too much light?

I have dual 96w pc, 150w mh, and 2 54w ho. This is what I have for my 55. Im building my hood and was wondering is this too much lighting or not enough being that watts per gallon seems to be an old method.

it will be fine... the way it's to much is if you don't acclimate the corals to the lighting....knock your self out that's a fine combo ;)
