Will my live rock survive

Okay got all my plumbing done yesterday after the meeting, put some water in and let it go over night. This morning I replaced the water with saltwater, put in the dry rock and stereo everything back up. Only problem is the pump gave out. I've torn it apart, tired different outlets, pretty much everything but the pump is dead. I'm going to stop by either blue reef or as tomorrow to get a new pump, but will I have to throw away the rock that's in there now.

No. the rock will be fine. If you wanted, you might put in an air stone, but not necessary

If it was dry rock it would be dead anyway, so it doesn't matter at all.
