OK guys,

I've got no idea what this is. FOWLR tank, did a water change yesterday -- today I get home from work and he's stuck to my back wall. When he was in the tank he looked green, but once I pulled him out he turned this brownish color. About 3/4 inch when fully extended. Looks like a plant, but moves like a worm.

Any ideas? Is he cool? Is he dangerous? Should I put him back in the tank?

Flat worm perhaps? Difficult to tell from the picture.

Keep it. Try to get it back to the sand bed and buried before anything eats it. They are beneficial at eating detritous within the sand bed.

Cool. Thanks guys. Oh, and James, I should have figure you'd know what it was since it came off the rock I got from you. There's been all sorts of cool stuff crawling out of those rocks. Sadly not enough copapods to keep my scooter blenny alive... but such is life. ;-)
