Well here's my downgrade attempt. Thanks everyone who's helped me piece together something after I sold my 150. Hope everyone is enjoying my pieces of reef out there. The tank is a 40 gallon semi cube 23"X18"X22" (thanks Chuck) with built in floating overflow(thanks Lee). I have a mini sump and fuge in the garage behind it. Wanted to start from scratch so I have 40 lbs of Marco rock and sand. Right now I have a little giant(thanks John) running the manifold to my chiller, fuge and skimmer.(aqua c 180. Thanks John). Im waiting on 2 ecotech 10wES to come in to handle the flow besides the return. Light is an Icecap 250w MH pendant running a 14K bulb(thanks Bob). So far all I have for livestock is the corals I saved from my old tank. That's it for now thanks for looking.

I also built the stand using oak trim and wood from Lowes with black stain. Cant really see the details but it looks good in person. Not bad for a Nurse. LOL

What is the difference in the MP10 and the MP10 wes?

Mostly its more control. You can fine tune other settings and it also has two other modes NTN and something else. heres a link. http://ecotechmarine.com/ecosmart/

Hey!!! The way you hung you light is exactly the way I hung mine.. I love the way we can move the light up or down using the notches on the rails to help with maintenance, coral feeding, and even cut down on heating up the display in the summer months by moving it up.. AWESOME!!!

Great minds think alike.... lol

thanks for all the comments everyone. Lol Chuck I know. By the way I ended up getting a whole new RO system with ATO just like the one I sold you. Paid retail yet again. Fishman your probably right but Ill hold off until my backyard gets done and my wife wants a pool so we're looking at a couple years. She gave me the green light for a 300+system if I wait. he he he
