pistol shrimp and anemone

does anyone know is it normal for a pistol shrimp to be with an anemone? apparently mine just hangs out with the anemone and none of the clowns want to get near because of it. so far i havent seen any harm done to it by the pistol.

it stays mostly below it every once in a while he will walk on top of it.
