Proposed Amendment to Article VII of the LVVR Bylaws

The Board proposes the following amendment to be added after the statement, "All checks written by the LVVR must be signed by two of the three following people: President, Vice President, or Treasurer, with the preference being by the President and Vice President." Additional signors to the account may be appointed by the board with a 2/3 majority approval.
